Real Estate in Mississippi

Living in Mississippi for the first 24 years of my life have me a great love for the Magnolia State and I think I will always have a great desire to move back there. Currently living in Utah, I have been amazed by the real estate prices here. I have, on numerous occasions, looked into buying Mississippi real estate, but I continue to put it off until I find the right property and the funds to afford the perfect place.

I currently don’t have any plans to leave Utah, or return to Mississippi, but I would love to make Utah money while buying realestate at Mississippi prices. The primary cause for the relative value of land in Mississippi versus many other parts of the country is that there is plenty of land available there. When looking for land out west, you often run into deserts, mountains or other types of uninhabitable terrain, while in Mississippi, most of the uninhabited land can be easily developed.
