Summers Spent In Concession Trailers
I was at a little league baseball game for my husband’s younger brother last week. We sat there for two hours on hard metal benches while the sun went down and the goose bumps came out. I love little league baseball, but sometime there are only so many walks you can watch before you totally zone out. There is just something that I need at a baseball game that helps get me through it. Know what I mean? I am talking about food! I was saved from boredom a few times by the aroma or hot dogs, nachos and popcorn flowing out from the concession stand. Once I had a hot bag of buttery popcorn, I was perfectly content to stay there for at least another hour.
My husband’s younger sister even works at the concession stand some nights. I remember working at a custom concession trailer when I was younger. It was an easy summer job for me to start out will because I would just sell hot dogs and popsicles to the young kids as they went from game to game. I just looked online and I saw a website that sells custom concession trailers. It’s at www.customconcessiontrailer.com. I do admit these trailers are much better than the one that I worked in years ago. It is practically a portable restaurant where the food will come to you. I have even seen things similar to this in parking lots around my neighborhood selling tacos or gyros. In fact, now that I’m thinking about that yummy food again, next time I’m on my way home I think I’ll stop and pick up dinner!
